Wanting to return an online order 

SHOE SCIENCE offers ‘a return option’ within 15 days for items purchased online.

• Unworn and in the new condition shipped.
• In the original packaging, box, with all the description tags.
• Returned within 15 days of the date you received the order.

Your package should have included a delivery sheet detailing the crew member who packed your item/s. Please contact that person directly and let them know the delivery is being returned. We will keep an eye out for the courier. We recommend using a tracked courier service. The return courier delivery is at your cost and responsibility.

If the delivery sheet has gone missing - no problems. Please contact email above.
